Returns / Replacements:
- Yes, you can return the item but you need to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product and you need to make sure the product is in its original condition with all the tags and no sign of wear.
- After receiving the request we will get in touch with you via email within 24 – 48 hours.
- Once received our team will inspect the product and process your exchange. We will be providing you store credits of the same amount (WE DO NOT REFUND).
- The cash on delivery charges of 100/- is not refundable in any case.
Please note that the proudandyoung exchange and repair policy is applicable only in India. Unfortunately, at this time wedo not accept returns, refunds, and exchanges outside of India.
Refunds :
